The importance of a positive attitude in Network Marketing (and in life)
In my last articles I talked to you about how network marketing can be an investment for your future, and the qualities that a leader must have, including that of making myself available to people who have trusted me and choose me as their reference.
Even though I really like my business, and I recognize it as having changed my life, the fact of, as we often say ‘to lead by example’, puts us in front of responsibilities. And it is when this awareness takes hold that one realizes how important it is to be surrounded by the right people, with whom to collaborate easily, and to establish profitable and positive professional relationships with them.
So many people come and go from our lives, and we often find ourselves wondering how to “keep” the people “who are right for us”, those who give us added value and whom we would like to support.
In work, in particular, many will advise you to ‘grab’ (I know it’s a bad term, but often used) the most determined, ambitious, optimistic people, and willing to do anything, because they will help you get results.
Here, I think that people have a value that goesfar beyond their “usefulness”, each has their own personality, their own way of doing things, their own strengths and weaknesses.
Considering others only on the basis of our interest, whether business or personal, is reductive and unfair.
I rather think that the change must start with us.
We spread positivity and trust, and we will be reciprocated.
Remember that the quality of the environment in which we live does not “rain from the sky”, but depends on us.
If the people around you notice your attitude, those of them who share the same values will be more willing to share the path with you.
I am also aware that it is not always easy to be positive; my advice is to strive tokeep our goals focused, look beyond the difficulties that may arise at the moment, follow a strategy and improve it every day.
In order not to lose the focus of your goal, repeat it every day, write it in a notebook, visualization is essential.
Make your dreams come true
Feeding your dreams every day is realized by carrying out small daily actions that bring us closer to their realization.
Plan every day small goals to achieve and carry them out; you will see the confidence in yourself grow exponentially, the awareness of your skills, thegrowth of chain reactions that will bring small results that, once mature, will make a difference in your business.
So DO: listen, share, comment constructively, but also get informed, read articles and books that can offer you skills and ideas, as well as motivation, take part in some training course.
Remove polluting factors
Did you know that your life can be ‘polluted’ every day?
No, I’m not talking about air pollution (we have a solution for the one in Ariix, right?) But a more subtle and lethal type of pollution for your motivation, the one given by people and negative environments.
Unfortunately Network Marketing is still there penalized by some negative prejudice, which can be overcome with transparency and clarity in presenting our work; if your intent is to approach network marketing in search of easy earnings, without commitment and without foreseeing a dose of healthy professional sacrifice, you have done badly.
Get away from those who, especially at the beginning of your business, will try to dismantle your enthusiasm by telling you that Network Marketing is a scam because “they heard it from the sister-in-law of a friend of hers and that only those who start first earn money”.
These people can’t bring anything to your business, simply because they don’t have any concrete knowledge or data to do it.
Instead, rely on those who, in this activity, have achieved results and been successful; only they will have the experience and skills to give you advice.
Don’t you find this approach reasonable ?!
